Hugo Mayrand is a Montreal-based composer, producer, and orchestrator whose music bridges genres. Trained in jazz guitar and classical composition, he spent more than 15 years orchestrating and producing movie soundtracks before turning his focus to electronic music. His sound blends the rich harmonies of jazz with the driving pulse of techno, using layers of synths to create a style that is both colorful and groove-driven.
